Each piece of art holds a specific vibration and is infused by the council of the Universal Earth Mothers. While sitting in front of the artwork, place your attention to the region of your heart, stay there by freeing your mind as much as you can. Consciously choose to open your heart chakra, breath into your chest to create a heart frequency coherence (i.e. breath in on the count of 5, breath out on 5). Focus on your breath, when you feel you are calm, connect deeper with the painting, and breath in the sacredness and the gifts that are contained within. Stay a moment like this, choose to open so that you may receive all the gifts. You will feel your heart open more and more as the breath brings more air.

While retaining the connection with your heart, place your attention on your 3rd eye chakra in the middle of your eyebrows. Choose to open your 3rd eye to receive the encodements of wisdom that are contained in the painting and allow yourself to be anointed. Stay a moment, receive the blessings in your mind, your brain, for as long as you need.

Then open the third creation portal by placing your awareness in your sacral chakra (reproductive organs) and choose to open your gut brain. Breathe deeply and allow the spirals of creation to come flowing and pulsing through. Allow the living consciousness of the painting to merge with the intelligence of your body. Keep infusing the body with these sacred codes of creation. Receive all you can and know that you receive so much more then what you can perceive. All your cells have been upgraded, your DNA is being activated, for you to hold more light. As all this process is done through the wisdom of the Universe and in accordance with the needs of your soul and your body, you shall receive exactly what is needed for your journey of expansion.
