Everything is vibration, it is made up of the way the particles move, creating sound, geometry, and colour.

You all have experienced waking up in the morning and feeling incredibly well, your particles are dancing with joy and happiness. This has a ripple effect on the world around you, and as all that is alike attracts, you soon start receiving joy and happiness from others. Your day is like heaven on Earth, you live the most awesome day.

A total opposite experience has of course already happened to you too. You wake up, not feeling so good, you do nothing about it, you call that stepping out of bed on the wrong foot. Nothing goes right, all is exceedingly difficult and dull, all that comes your way is of the same vibration and you just look forward to going back to bed for this experience to stop.

When you step out of the illusion that all is just happening to you, that you have no power on what comes your way during the day, you start questioning how all this really works. You discover that you are vibration, that your field is packed with the frequency you are radiating in each moment.

Your energy is made of two components, the conscious thoughts, feeling and words you say, and the unconscious movements of your energy field that create without you even knowing. When you realise that your unconscious has sometimes much more to say then you know; that it is creating a life that does not serve you, you start the journey of self-realization.

What you need to know is that consciousness goes where you place your awareness. If you are in your mind, completely not present, your attention is focused on your thoughts, creating more and more thoughts that most probably do not even serve you, as they are generated through the turmoil of the mind.

So, the first step when you realize the chatter of your mind is to choose to come back to your present moment: the conscious step of taking your awareness out of your mind, and back into your body.

The second step is to BREATHE in your head and chest region.

Place your hands on your chest. Place your tongue on the upper part of your teeth and breathe in through your nose, open your lungs with the air, bring your chest as far as possible from your spinal column. Allow the air element to oxygenise the region of your head and your chest. With your outbreath, open your mouth and stick your tongue out as far as possible, bring your chest back to your spinal column. Do this process slowly, stay focused on your breath and hands that more moving in and out, listen to the sound that you make. Repeat this at least 12 times.

Feel the air. Listen to the sound that you make when the air comes in and out. Taste the air. Stay focused on the senses around your head and chest. Follow your own rhythm, breath in to expand and out to release all contraction.

TAKE ALL THE TIME YOU NEED – DO NOT RUSH THE PROCESS, allow yourself to bring you good, as you now know that this will change your life experience, nothing is more important than YOU, DO NOT ALLOW YOUR MIND TO TAKE YOU OUT, SIT AND BREATH!

When you feel you have done enough repetitions, STOP and OBERSERVE.

How is it inside? Is their more space? Have you been able to step out of the mind? Is your heart and mind connected again?

Now it is time for step three, BREATHE in the region of your gut.

Place your hands on your belly. Place your tongue on the upper part of your teeth and breathe in through your mouth, open your belly, bring your belly as far out as possible, away from your spinal column. With your outbreath, open your mouth and stick your tongue out as far as possible, bring your belly back to your spinal column. Do this process slowly, stay focused on your breath and hands that more moving in and out, listen to the sound that you make. Repeat this at least 12 times.

In step four, give thanks and share consciously the expansion that you feel with the field around you. Send your blessing to humanity and the Earth, may all beings find more peace within themselves. Share your gratitude with the element of air that allows this experience on the Earth. Thank your mind for surrendering to your higher intelligence. Be in gratitude for allowing the wisdom of your body guide you again. Thank yourself for taking the time to do this practice. Be grateful as the unification of your mind, heart, and gut will transform your life as your choices will now come from a space of love and expansion. Fill yourself with INFINITE GRATITUDE.

As you do this process regularly, slowly but surely, you become more present in your body, you feel the air enliven all the parts of your body, expanding, and expanding, far beyond the limitations of your physical body. Releasing more and more all that was blocking your energy field from expanding your vibration through the universe.

The vibration you hold comes from the opening of your heart to love, self-love, living with love as the foundation principle of your life. This ignites the light within you, releasing all that is not aligned to your truth. Your energy field reflects the quantity of light that you can emanate within and attracts an entire new experience, where you can shine and have it all.

Being part of humanity; you have chosen to journey through the experience of separation. This has enabled you to be disconnected from self in all possible ways, giving your power to others, believing that you are not the co-creators of your reality, that you have no power at all, feeling abandon poor and not deserving.

We live in wonderful times; through your choice and dedicated focus you can leave this behind and thrive.
